Nigro's will Exchange or Refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original condition.
Boots may be returned if there is No evidence of use. If trying on boots, walk in them on carpet or flooring which will not scratch the sole. Scratched or otherwise damaged boots will be rejected for exchange.
If you receive any product which is damaged, notify the shipper immediately. After shipper has been notified, please notify us. Damage claims must be initiated by the customer.
