Exchanges and Returns
Nigro's will Exchange or Refund within 30 days of
purchase. Returns must be unused and in
original condition.
Boots may be returned if there is No evidence of use.
If trying on boots, walk in them on carpet or
flooring which will not scratch the sole.
Scratched or otherwise damaged boots will be rejected
for exchange.
If you receive any product which is damaged, notify the
shipper immediately. After shipper has been
notified, please notify us. Damage claims must be
initiated by the customer.

Privacy
At Nigro's we believe the only information we should collect is
information necessary to complete business transactions. We do
not collect any information without your knowledge, we do not track
how many times you visit our website or pages in our site, we do not share your
information with anyone.
If you sign up
for our email and postal promotions we will not give
your information to other companies or manufacturers.
We may send you store specials or cooperative specials
with manufacturers. Even in those situations we
will never give your information to the manufacturer, we
will produce and distribute the correspondence
independently.
If you are worried about giving your credit card over
the Internet for any reason you may make your order
online and then we will call you for the credit card
information. We are open 10am to 5pm central time,
Monday through Saturday.
